What time is check-in and checkout?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM (local time). Check-out is at 12:00 PM (local time).
Can I request an early check-in?
Yes. Early check-in can be requested in advance of your arrival and is subject to availability.
Is a security hold placed on my credit card at check-in?
Yes. A hold of 100 USD per night will be placed on your credit card during check-in as a security measure for incidental charges. The hold will be released at checkout if there are no charges to your reservation.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Wi-Fi service is included for all our hotel guests.
Is smoking allowed in the hotel rooms?
Ensuring the well-being of our guests, staff, and partners is our top priority at UNICO 20º105º Hotel Vallarta. In compliance with Mexico’s general tobacco control law, smoking in guest rooms and public areas is strictly prohibited. However, we have designated smoking areas where guests may smoke if they wish.
Do I need to be a hotel guest to access the property’s pools?
Yes, the pools, gardens, and all areas within the property are exclusively reserved for our registered guests. At UNICO Hotel Vallarta, we prioritize the privacy and comfort of those staying with us.
Is housekeeping service provided daily? Is there turndown service?
Yes, daily housekeeping and nightly turndown service are both available.
