Spaces are warm and serene, washed in soft natural light and bright bursts of Vallarta color through artwork, materiality, texture, and accents. We incorporate contemporary pieces throughout, sourced and handcrafted by local emerging artists and craftspeople from the markets and galleries of Vallarta, Sayulita, Punta Mita, and surrounding regions.

UNICO 20°105° is home to three exceptional restaurants offering a diverse selection of cocktails and cuisine, prepared using locally sourced ingredients from our neighboring friends and farmers. Every two years we welcome a visiting chef to create a signature menu for one of our restaurants, inspired by regional fare. We provide plant-based, vegan, and gluten-free dishes at each of our establishments.
