1 Services must be reserved upon arrival with Public Relations. In case of cancellation, the airport transfer upon arrival will be charged directly to the room.

2 Transfer information must be received one week prior to arrival at vacationmakers@unicohotelrm.com. For arrival at Tulum airport, there is an additional charge of 51 USD per trip due to a federal tax. 

3 To schedule the luxury sunset sailing, it must be arranged upon arrival at the vacation maker's office. The service will be subject to space availability and weather conditions.
