Important: All non-refundable bookings made directly on our website don't apply to the policy and will not have rate adjustments or refund if for some reason the rate price drops directly on our website.

Our Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to unpublished rates, which are not available to the general public. Rates not available to the general public include, but are not limited to:

• Group rates.
• Meeting rates.
• Any rates requiring membership in a club such as AAA rates or AARP rates, affinity program, or other organization where the rates are targeted specifically toward a specific group of individuals and not intended for the general public.
• Direct mail solicitations.
• Electronic mail solicitations.
• Package rates that include the room and other components such as flight, car rental, entertainment, and/or non-breakfast meals.
• Package or group add-on rates that extend the length of a stay.
• Rates negotiated for stays extending beyond 30 nights.
• Rates that are available on auction Web sites.
• Rates available on Websites that do not disclose the hotel brand until the reservation is completed.
• The screenshot to validate the Best Rate Guarantee must be the checkout page with the total rate (taxes and fees included) and comparing the same currency.
